Fundays
Fundays on the Common
We held the first common picnic in 2006, to celebrate the opening of the playground, and have held a family funday most years since.

These are free and deliberately targeted at local people to ensure everyone has a nice day out and a chance to meet others from the area.
SNUG Fundays always include live music, featuring local musicians; home-cooked food, interactive games, face-painting, arts and craft making, stalls, local crafts, circus skills ...
Over the years our Fundays have included workshops on flint
knapping (to commemorate our ancient ancestors), children's
story-telling, wood-turning, willow -weaving, sock-wrestling, a tug of
war, stilt-walking, table-
tennis, dance lessons, yoga....
