Improving local road safety


SNUG campaigned along with other groups for pedestrian crossings to connect the Common to surrounding streets, north and south, and to allow children to get to the Common and the playground more safely.

In 2010 a speed limited of 20mph was placed on Northwold Road, following lobbying by SNUG, Northwold area and Cazenove Area Action groups and local residents.
